Welcome to Kate Robbins Therapy

I'm Kate Robbins, a wellness educator, therapist and coach with a passion for helping people navigate life's challenges with practical, evidence-informed support.


My work brings together coaching, education, wellbeing retreats, workshops, classes and therapeutic services, all designed to help people better understand themselves, build resilience and create lasting, meaningful change. Whether you're living with a long-term health condition, recovering from burnout, managing stress or anxiety, or simply looking to improve your wellbeing, my aim is always the same: to provide clear, compassionate guidance that is grounded in both experience and current evidence.

The Practical Wellbeing Project

The Practical Wellbeing Project is my outreach initiative, bringing accessible, evidence-informed wellbeing education into local communities, workplaces and organisations. Through talks, workshops and community events, the project aims to make practical wellbeing support available to as many people as possible, helping individuals develop the knowledge and skills to improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
